Gramercy Construction update - March, 2010

Gramercy reaches 33rd storey in March

Construction of The Gramercy Residences continues to be on schedule with works reaching the building’s 33rd storey, or halfway through the residential tower’s entire structure.

Concrete works are currently at 53 percent. Required testing for concrete and reinforcing steel bars were performed.

Formworks and rebar installation were completed at the 34th floor.

Roughing-ins for electrical and pipe sleeves for fire protection and sanitary lines have been installed as structural works progress.

The Gramercy Residences at Century City is developed by Century City development Corporation and is located on Kalayaan Avenue near corner Makati Avenue, Makati City.
